Our two most popular kits
Most owners start with one of these. Each comes as a single axle kit (front or rear) or a 2-axle kit that covers all four corners for less than two single kits.

Before you buy parts, enter your VIN in the NHTSA recall lookup to check for open safety recalls; recall repairs are free at a dealer.
Frequently asked questions
Which MagneRide bypass kit do I need?
It depends on whether your vehicle is a truck, SUV, or car, its model year, and on some 2009-2014 trucks and SUVs, the Z55 or Z95 code on the glove box label. Our Find My Kit tool picks it by year, make, and model.
Do I need one kit or two?
Each single kit covers one axle, front or rear. To convert all four corners, order two single kits or one 2-axle kit, which includes the same parts for less. Our Z55 2-axle kit also includes the rear pigtails free.
Is a MagneRide bypass hard to install?
Most owners or any shop can do it with basic hand tools. The simulators plug into the factory connectors at each corner, and every kit ships with printed instructions. Z55 rear connectors need spliced pigtails, and GMC Denali models need a Ride Height Trim with a scan tool afterward.
Will the warning light and speed limit go away?
Yes. Once every unplugged shock connector has a simulator, trucks and SUVs have ride height simulators in place, and the stored codes are cleared, the Service Suspension System warning and the speed limit go away. Our Service Suspension System guide covers what to check if they don’t.
Do these kits work on Ford or other brands?
No. Our MagneRide bypass kits fit GM vehicles only (Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC). Our fiber optic loops fit BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other MOST vehicles.
