How to choose the right MagneRide delete kit
Every M&P USA MagneRide delete kit plugs into the factory connectors at each corner, so the suspension module sees a normal signal and the Service Suspension warning clears. No cutting or programming is needed. The kit that fits depends on your model year, because GM changed the plugs over time.

- 2005-2014 Escalade, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, and Avalanche: the 2005-2014 Kit, even when the label says Z95. The 2-axle kit includes the rear pigtails free.
- 2015-2020 Escalade, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon Denali, and 2015-2018 Sierra 1500 Denali: the 2015-2020 Kit (Z95), or the 2-axle kit for all four corners.
- 2021-2023 Escalade, Tahoe, Suburban, and Yukon: the 2021-2023 Kit or the 2-axle kit. Not for Air Ride (F47).
- Corvette, Camaro, and Cadillac cars: the 1997-2012 Car Kit or the 2013-2018 Car Kit.
- BMW and Mercedes with no sound or no radio: the universal MOST fiber optic loop, or the D2B loop for 1999-2005 Mercedes.
Check your RPO code first
Open the glove box and find the white Service Parts Identification label. A Z55, Z95, or Z45 code tells you which MagneRide delete kit your truck or SUV needs. An F47 code means Air Ride, which these kits do not fit. Find My Kit walks you through it.
One axle or two?
A one-axle kit has two shock simulators and two ride height simulators, enough for the front or the rear. A 2-axle kit covers all four corners and costs less than buying two single kits. Ride height simulators are also sold on their own in 2-packs and 4-packs for 2015-2023, and in 2-packs and 4-packs for 2005-2014.
What a MagneRide delete kit does
GM MagneRide (Magnetic Ride Control) and AutoRide shocks report back to the suspension module. When a shock leaks or a ride height sensor fails, or when you swap the factory shocks for standard shocks, a lift, or coilovers, the module loses that signal. It then sets the Service Suspension warning and the speed limit that comes with it.
Our shock simulators and ride height simulators send the module the signal it expects. That lets you run the suspension you want without the warning. It works the same way on Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC models from the same years.
Installing your kit
Plug one shock simulator into each factory shock connector and one ride height simulator into each ride height sensor connector on the axle you are converting. Then clear the codes with a scan tool. The simulators are sealed and tuck up out of the way, so there is nothing to cut or splice. If a code will not clear, send us the code and we will help you sort it out.
