For a direct-fit, plug & play compatibility the connector should look like the connector on our electronic strut bypass module. If it looks different you will need to purchase a separate, inexpensive universal adapter (see our other listings). Also, please note, if you have another 3-pin connector on your vehicle (mostly SUVs) for adjustable ride height you will need a separate bypass designed for bypassing the adjustable ride height sensors to eliminate all of your dash error lights. The original mag shocks have a wire coming off. This male part of the clip is what we will insert our strut bypass kit on. On most vehicles, simply plug the male connector from the vehicle into the female connector of the bypass unit.

Universal Adapter For M&P USA Active Electronic Suspension Strut Bypass Kit. This universal adapter is used together with our 1997-2012 strut bypass Kits . It allows you to use our strut bypass units with connector styles that are different than the typical GM, OEM connection. You will need to cut off your original connections and crimp on the bare wires to use our strut bypass units with non-OEM connections. These units do not bypass to struts on their own, they are meant to be used with our bypass units in our other listings.  Simply remove the OEM plug from your vehicle, splice the ends of each wire and crimp this universal adapter into place.
