Z95 ride height simulator 2-pack (also fits Z45)
2 plug-and-play 3-pin ride height simulators for one axle (front OR rear) of 2013-2023 Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, GMC Yukon Denali, and 2015-2018 Sierra Denali. 2013-2014 owners: check your glove box code.
The M&P USA Z95 ride height simulator 2-pack gives you 2 plug-and-play 3-pin ride height simulators for one axle (front OR rear), on their own, without shock simulators. They plug into the factory ride height sensor connectors with no cutting or splicing and keep the suspension module reading a normal ride height, so it doesn’t set fault codes or the “Service Suspension System” warning.
The same simulators fit Z95 (2015-2020) and Z45 (2021-2023) GM MagneRide trucks and SUVs, so the Z95 ride height simulator 2-pack covers both. Designed by a US Marine Corps veteran electrical engineer, made in the USA, and backed by our lifetime warranty.
The short answer
- Ride height simulators only, for one axle (front OR rear). For both axles, choose the Z95 ride height simulator 4-pack.
- Fits Z95 and Z45 SUVs: 2015-2023 Escalade, Tahoe, Suburban, and Yukon Denali, plus 2015-2018 Sierra Denali. 2013-2014 models can be Z95 or Z55, so check the label first.
- Removing the MagneRide shocks too? Get a complete kit instead: Z95 kit, Z95 2-axle kit, Z45 kit, or Z45 2-axle kit.
- Not for 2019-2023 Silverado or Sierra Denali, or 2005-2012 Z55 trucks (use the Z55 ride height 2-pack). More detail in our Z95 MagneRide bypass guide.

Is this the right Z95 ride height simulator 2-pack?
Use this Z95 ride height simulator 2-pack if you need only the ride height simulators for one axle (front OR rear) on a Z95 or Z45 GM truck or SUV (see the fitment table below).
Get a complete kit instead if you are also removing the MagneRide shocks
- 2015-2020 Z95: our Z95 kit (one axle) or Z95 2-axle kit (front and rear).
- 2021-2023: our Z45 kit (one axle) or Z45 2-axle kit (front and rear). The Z45 shock connectors are different, so use the Z45 kits for shocks.
- 2005-2012 Z55 AutoRide: these simulators don’t fit; use our Z55 ride height 2-pack or Z55 kit.
- Cars: cars at stock ride height don’t need ride height simulators; see our 2013-2018 strut bypass kit.
Not sure? Use our Find My Kit tool or send us your year, make, and model and we’ll confirm the right part before you order.
Before you buy parts, enter your VIN in the NHTSA recall lookup to check for open safety recalls; recall repairs are free at a dealer.
Rear air ride? Read this first
The rear ride height sensors control Automatic Level Control. To keep auto leveling working with rear air shocks, leave the rear ride height sensors connected. 2021 and newer SUVs with Air Ride Adaptive Suspension (air at all four corners) are not covered. Contact us if you’re not sure.
2013 or 2014 model? Check your code
GM used both Z95 MagneRide and Z55 AutoRide during 2013 and 2014. Check the Service Parts Identification label in your glove box for Z95 (use this pack) or Z55 (use the Z55 ride height 2-pack), or send us your VIN. 2021-2023 SUVs also show Z95 on the label, and this pack fits them too.
What’s included

- 2 ride height sensor simulators with the 3-pin factory connector: keep each ride height sensor circuit reading normally so the suspension module does not set fault codes.
- Zip ties for mounting, plus printed installation instructions.

How to install the Z95 ride height simulator 2-pack
- 1Plug in the simulators. With the vehicle off and safely raised, release the locking tab on each factory ride height sensor connector, unplug it, and plug in a 3-pin ride height simulator until it clicks.
- 2Cycle the power. Turn the vehicle on for 30 seconds, then off, so the suspension module reads the new ride height.
- 3Secure them. Zip-tie each simulator through its mounting hole, away from the exhaust and other heat sources, and not against plastic wire loom or wiring. A metal surface is best.
- 4Lower the vehicle, clear codes, and trim. With all four wheels on the ground, start the vehicle. Suspension codes clear within up to 40 ignition cycles, with a scan tool, or by disconnecting the battery for at least 30 minutes. Then perform a Ride Height Trim Procedure with a scan tool: required on GMC Denali models and recommended on all other vehicles.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Z95 ride height simulator 2-pack fit Z45 vehicles too?
Yes. The 2021-2023 ride height simulators are exactly the same as the Z95 ones. The Z45 shock connectors are different, so for a full 2021-2023 conversion use our Z45 kit or Z45 2-axle kit.
How many do I need?
One simulator per corner. Two cover one axle; four cover both axles. The Z95 ride height simulator 2-pack covers one axle (front OR rear).
Does this include shock simulators?
No, ride height simulators only. If you’re also removing the MagneRide shocks, get a complete Z95 or Z45 kit, which include both.
Why do trucks and SUVs need ride height simulators?
GM MagneRide trucks and SUVs monitor ride height sensors along with the shocks. Without the simulators, the suspension module sets fault codes and the “Service Suspension System” warning stays on.
Do they work with lift, leveling, or lowering kits?
Yes. The Z95 ride height simulator 2-pack sends the module a steady, normal ride height reading, so the height change does not set suspension codes.
Will auto leveling still work with rear air ride?
To keep Automatic Level Control working with rear air shocks, leave the rear ride height sensors connected. Contact us if you’re not sure.
Is my 2013 or 2014 truck Z95 or Z55?
It could be either. Check the Service Parts Identification label in your glove box, or send us your VIN and we’ll tell you which part fits.
Do they fit my 2005-2012 truck?
No. Z55 AutoRide vehicles use different parts; see our Z55 ride height 2-pack or Z55 kit.
Still not sure this is the right part?
Use Find My Kit, read the Z95 guide, or send us your VIN and a real person will confirm the right part before you order.
